When postal employees decide to no longer unionize, I may take them seriously. Until then, suks to be you.

You have a problem with the postal union? I feel like coworkers should stick together and have each others backs. Why does their unionization bother you? Perhaps you are a scab and want to take their job for a dollar less per hour.. You should keep your Sam Walton wat of thinking and the Wally world paycheck as well. Scab!!!!

Postal workers make way to much money. This is why they lose money every year for the gov't.

I feel I am paid for what I do ,I work six days a week,I work sick,I miss any function my kids have on sat.I am responsible for medication, money, personal info. I work in all weather, most carrier's make it there life I don't buy into all the crap corperate America feeds me ,how are the American people going to be better off when we make 10.00 an hour part time no health benifits. The only people who will prosper are the corperations. I am curious to know do most people begrudge postal employees a decent living?

The skills for a postal worker are the same as a factory worker. HS Diploma and be able to read. Not a real challenging job

So what would be a fair income for me?your making $18.00 are you a college graduate and if you are you think you are only worth that.unfortunately for me my wages will be slashed dramatically,we have a postmaster general who wants to privatize the postal service. He likes the Walmart model, while he himself makes $385,000.00 a year.

Why not privatize it? The Gov't pays way too much for lowend jobs. If you job doesnt require a skill then it shouldnt pay like a college grad job.

I take a lot of pride in my job,I enjoy being a public servant as most of my co workers,I am curious to know what you call a challenging job??? I feel mine is I love it,I ll be sad when it ends it has given me a way to support my family.do you think jobs that don't require college diplomas are not challenging?????? Check your facts and you will find we are self revenue a lot of people are misinformed a lot of this is propaganda from are postmaster general he wants to reduce labor cost, privatize, who will this benifit????? CEO's people high up on the ladder while the carrier's will make 12.00 hour part time and no health benifits .I guess this is what you feel I should make.
I don't begrudge you your 18.00 an hour.

Thank-you mailman (or maillady) for everything you do! You definitely earn your money in my opinion. Now if you can just bring me less bills.. ;-)
