Every driver had an option to stay or leave. Everyone made their decision. Now they have to live with that decision. The company did not screw the drivers. It was a business decision to ensure the trucking side maintained good profit margins to keep hauling their own product on their own trucks using their employees. Like it or not.

what Bob Evans drivers make that kind of money... It was the drivers decision to stay. They are not going to make that kind of money anywhere in Gallia Co.,after their severance money runs out...

Im heard they wasnt all that to drive for. I have to work for a company out of Columbus just to make a decent paycheck. Trucking companys out of Gallipolis are to cheap to pay. If you have 3 years experince you can haul coal for Medford out of Marmet WV you will gross about $1,500 a week.
whatever!!

Bob Evans gave the drivers options as far as making the commute to spring field or to leave, what they chose is what they chose. There can be good money at bobs, depending on your run. Not every driver is paid the same, nor are They guaranteed the same run year after year. The longer you've been employed there, the better off you are. The rumor about them selling out has been Goin on for years now, who's to really say what's true?
