Looks like she lives b4 you get into Racine...and is around 19 years old...

Seen this and I think the beef is that she is picking up dogs people give away and puts them back on tradio at a price.

I don't think she's been stealing any. From what I've seen, if you let your canine wander, even slightly, people will pick it up and drop it off somewhere far away. If they don't kill it.

She lives in a white house On the left close to the Camp ground in Racine.. There are a ton of vehicles in their yard.
