Fellow citizens of Gallaway:
Join me and the CRG for a better Gallaway and a better place to live. Help us rid this town for good of the felons, drug dealers, and child molesters. Put Gallaway on the map as a GOOD place to live rather than a safe haven for drug dealers. We need your vote.
Vote for Bill Simpson on Nov 2

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. ROBERT S. HOLLANDSWORTH, SQUIRE “BUD” HOLLINGSWORTH, Defendants-Appellants.
No. 77-50038
UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FIFTH CIRCUIT
117 F.2d 277; 1978 U.S. App. LEXIS 3896
March 17, 1978, Decided
JUDGES: Before DAVIS, JONES, and DENNIS, Circuit Judges.
OPINIONBY: DENNIS
OPINION:
[*278] DENNIS, Circuit Judge:
Background
In the latter part of 1976, Robert S. Hollandsworth of Muncie, Indiana began selling marijuana to David Carter and Lloyd Thompson, residents of Memphis, Tennessee. Through Thompson, Robert Hollandsworth became acquainted with William Grammar, also of Memphis. By early 1977, Grammer was purchasing from one ounce to a quarter pound of marijuana from Robert Hollandsworth on a weekly or twice weekly basis.

Grammer requested marijuana deliveries by telephoning Hollandsworth. After leaving a message with Hollandsworth, Grammer would relay to Hollandsworth the quantity of drugs needed. Hollandsworth would then contact Squire “Bud” Hollingsworth, and Bud would drive to Memphis and deliver marijuana to Grammer and other customers. Bob Hollandsworth was able to supply them with a ready source of the drug from an extensive marijuana growing operation on farm property owned by Hollandsworth in Memphis. Squire “Bud” Hollingsworth was aware of his brother’s drug transactions in Memphis and actively participated in the farm's marijuana growing operation.

In August 1977, Robert Hollandsworth and Squire “Bud” Hollingsworth were arrested in Memphis [**5] while attempting to consummate a drug deal with a third person. Their arrest quickly led to a fly-over of the Hollandsworth farm via helicopter by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, which discovered and destroyed seventy-two marijuana plants. On November 10, 1977, local law enforcement officers obtained and executed a search warrant on the entire Hollandsworth farm. During this search, the authorities found approximately twenty kilograms of processed marijuana in individual zip lock plastic "baggies," or in cans, along with large amounts of marijuana residue throughout the area and considerable evidence of a marijuana growing operation (e.g. a large supply of plant food where no other evidence of gardening or traditional farming existed, several boxes of zip lock bags, scales and two pairs of shears). In addition, 288 marijuana stalks, i.e. the remains of previously harvested marijuana plants, were recovered. The stalks had been fully stripped of all leaves, leaving only dry husks. Eventually, this search resulted in the indictment of Bob S. Hollandsworth and Squire “Bud” Hollingsworth on March 21, 1978 on federal drug charges. Subsequently, on July 25, 1978,[**6] a random fly-over search of the west Tennessee area conducted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation revealed marijuana again growing on the Hollandsworth farm. State law enforcement agents obtained a search warrant for the Hollandsworth farm and seized 827 marijuana plants in pre-harvest condition, i.e. alive and growing. Additionally, a federal search warrant executed the next day uncovered numerous items used by the Fitch family to facilitate their marijuana growing activities, e.g. empty sacks of potting soil, multiple cans of plant food, and five gallon buckets camouflaged with black paint.

The July 1978 search led to the issuance of a five count superseding indictment naming Robert S. Hollandsworth. In count one of the superseding indictment, Robert S. Hollandsworth was charged with participating in a conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute marijuana lasting from on or about January 1976 until July 26, 1978. In addition, counts two and three charged Robert S. Hollandsworth with actually manufacturing, distributing and possessing marijuana with intent to distribute during certain months of both 1976 and 1978 respectively. Robert S. Hollandsworth pleaded not guilty to these charges and denied any knowledge [**7] of the alleged illegal activity. At a jury trial, a considerable amount of evidence tended to show that Robert S. Hollandsworth had knowingly assisted in the marijuana growing operation. A verdict of guilty was returned as to Robert S. Hollandsworth on all three counts.

Analysis

The defendants in this case was found guilty of conspiring to violate 21 U.S.C.§ 841 n3 in violation of 21 U.S.C.§ 846 n4 and, therefore, was sentenced according to § 841(b) which lists the maximum and minimum penalties applicable to such a violation.

Will the one who made the posts about the Hollandsworth brothers stand up like a man and say who is? If you have the balls to come forward, I would like to know. I doubt you will because I figure you got no balls. I figure you got no teeth and a needle dick.

The Lone Ranger is Carl Hendricks, but if he wants to lie about who he is I'm OK with it. According to the Lone Ranger we should vote for Hot Wheels Simpson so you can get rid of all the crooks down at city hall. Excuse me, but Simpson and Timbes are the ones who put them there.
Bill Clinton never inhaled, he never had sexual relations with that woman, and the Hollingsworth/Holandsworth conviction is a lie. I also believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Rabbit.
Hollingsworth and his CRG crew have destroyed Gallaway with their lies and misrepresentations, and finally someone got the goods on them. As usual Bud "The Dud" Hollingsworth is name calling and reciting his so called facts without the first iota of evidence.
Your boy Carl Hendricks aka; The Lone Ranger says you should "sue the bastard who put that there". He also wants me to show him my balls. That doesn't surprise me in the least.
This is an open forum and I posted my truth the same way Hollingsworth has been posting his for months. The tag "cordova" is all over this forum, as is The Lone Ranger.
Hendricks; The Lone Ranger, also wants to see my balls. That doesn't surprise me. Next to his womanizing, Hendricks is best known for playing both sides and agitating.
Get mad, stomp your feet, and let those accusations fly Mr. Hollingsworth. Someone finally got tired of all your ranting and mud slinging and got the goods on you and that brother of yours.
Hollandsworth Landscaping? A perfect occupation for someone with a background in farming and horticulture. We also know you've been selling pot down there in your junk store aka The Trading Post. The case file on your conviction included a lot of aerial photographs of your pot farm you never had, and a copy of the deed with the name of the registered owner. I also noticed in his mug shot that Bob had a thick head of hair, unlike that greasy rug he wears now to cover the shiny spot.
The truth will set you free Mr. Hollingsworth. Rant about that.

It looks like Les Holte has finally peed in his warm place. Everyone that knows him hates his guts. I know of noone that would piss on him , if his guts were on fire. He has crossed the line this time. I hope he keeps his doors and windows locked and watches his back. He could come up missing like Hoffa! Lies, Lies, and damn Lies could be your fatal error. Just a thought.
