He was killed because he saw something going on in the prison. Black guards will bring in drugs and he saw or heard something and said something. So the guards who were dealing drugs got the drug dealers to kill him.

The guy was killed because he saw something going on in the prison or some have said because a black dude named Perkins was after someone who had a truck just like his and it might have been a mistake, but I think the guy saw something going on in the prison and that could probably be confirmed by his co-workers. Instead of checking out those leads the dumbass cops went around every house asking questions. He was killed by blacks.

He had a truck that looked like someone that Perkins had a beef with. It's possible that the trucks got mixed up, but I think this guy was personally set up. I think he said something or saw drug dealing going on in the prison and they waited for him. It had to be coloreds so someone will talk sooner or later.
But you got the CIA dumps drugs into the country so this is what you get.

Was it two shooters? What guns were used? Maybe if they released this someone might be able to know something.

Personally I think it was shitty police work. They should have questioned everyone he worked with and their spouses. They thought it was Perkins a local colored drug dealer, then they should have applied pressure on him.
They went around asking everyone in a 8 miles area if they knew him or knew anything. If they didn't ask anyone at the prison, then shitty work. Cops only know shit when they have someone drinking late at night and then they are so great.
A few years ago they found $250,000 worth of crocks in Seaford. The Crocks were stolen all over the shore. BUt they weren't smart enough to contact all the police departments in each town and ask if anyone was missing crocks.
