Rapist in prison found guilty of more sex crimes

A man sentenced previously in Guernsey County to 20 years prison for sexual offenses was found guilty in Delaware County recently for similar crimes.

I can believe it. Unfortunately, I had to do a lot of research on sex offenders and what makes them tick. I had to do it in interest of protecting my one year old little boy from a pedofile. Seems if someone possesses child porn the likelyhood of them acting it out is 85% that they will act it out. So, I can totally believe that these people do other stuff too. Seems a little switch goes off inside of them and they just do it! Which makes me wonder can these people truly be rehabilitated really?
