Mr. Manger is a liar and councilman Andrews has no authority to publicly speak about issues for which he has no formal training or experience. As for Manger's cronies in the police department, these are the same people that got where they are today because of their collective bargaining rights. Now these disloyal hypocrites want to take it away from fellow police officers. So much for integrity in the police administration! If Manger wants these things, he should go back to Virginia where he came from and the laws are different. Police officers are leaving by the dozens ... Montgomery County residents and business owners will be facing more crime with less police protection. Nice work, Manger and county council!
