If they would quit changing traffic signal pole that don,t need replaced they would save a lot of MONEY

They just need to stop building homes, or charge a fee per house to off set any road improvements that would required as a result of those homes being built. Housing starts have declined but if they would not build all those homes in the un-developed areas then there would not be a need for all the road improvements. It is amazing what it is costing VA for all those folk moving out to Fredericksburg that commute to DC, and then they cry about the commute once they are out in BFE trying to commute in to their job in the City. No one forced them to move out there other than they saved $50k on their home, now live with it, or move closer to work.

I just can't understand how there is no funding for road improvements. PWC is already behind especially on 66 and 234 it gets worse each day. It is constantly catch up, by time the roads are fixed the traffic has increased
