Group takes guns in church case to federal appeals court
That battle continues to rage in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals where the gun-rights group GeorgiaCarry.org is hoping to persuade a three-judge panel that a Georgia law banning guns in "places of worship" interferes with the First Amendment guarantee of freedom of religion.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is deciding this issue in the aftermath of another ruling:
The United States District Court for the District of Columbia ruled D.C.'s restrictive gun control laws were Constitutional. That ruling very obviously contradicts the obvious interpretation of the 2nd amendment which clearly prohibits govt from regulating guns.
