It's very clear the driver left the road toward Ms Grindle's mail box, which is 15 ft. or more off the road. I can not believe the driver was not charged. The tire marks are well out of the road and no skid marks what so ever. This clearly needs to be looked at again. I hope she did not suffer. I've seen this lady walking to her mail box several times ad she is always several feet off the road.

My husband was the tow truck driver the removed the car from the ravine that hit this poor lady. He then lowered the EMT's and thier rescue basket down to removed Ms. Grindle. It was a very sad day for him to have to work such a call but he does realize that it goes with the territory.
