Looking for an attorney in the Hall County/ Gainesville area? Then you need to look at this one. I have had my share of problems that needed a lawyer and it has always been a hassle from the word go. Most are over priced, especially now that money is even more TIGHT. She was fair. Actually less money than the others that I called. Next Is EMPTY PROMISES. This lawyer totally shot me straight. She didn't fill me up with a bunch of TV lawyer crap that in the end never come true. She told me not to worry until she TOLD me to worry. She never told me to worry. I did anyway, but it was a waste of my time. She handled the whole thing, from the first hearing for the suspension, the filing stuff, and the actual trial. Let me tell you this, unlike other experiences I have had, she was at court ON TIME and seemed to care about MY case.

I don't usually blab about the bad things that happen in my life but this DUI was crap from the start and a gung-ho super cop made up half the story. I figure other people go through this stuff too so I have to tell you that if you get a a DUI and want advise from someone who has been there MORE THAN ONCE, the ONLY call I make is to her office.

I just happened across this so i thouhgt I would toss in my 2 cents. I used the same lawyer, Michelle Rohan, when doing my divorce. Divorce take a long time and a bunch of hassle, but you have to have a lawyer , you can't do it yourself. My x's lawyer was overpriced and not worth it, However my divorce lawyer was, as you said, at a fair price and did a great job. So I too recommend Michelle Rohan if you are looking for a lawyer in the Gainesville or Hall County area.

You can file for divorce your self. The info is online and lawyers want you to file. It cost $80 dollars and $25 to serve papers. The judge will be making the decison though.
