Shuttleliner creates hub to get you to the airport

I used the shuttle liner with very bad results. I made a reservation and confirmed the day of pick up. They told me where to stand and I was there an hour early. I saw them pull up and watched as they drove away with out stopping. I called and they came back in half an hour and said you were not on the list so I kept going. I called to confirm my return trip and recounted my delay at the first trip and they laughed. Do not use this outfit. They are unprofessional at the least and uncaring and rude to deal with.

I don't know about the previous management, but I used their services last week, very profesional, terrific customet service, great prices and 1hour and 40 minutes trip. excellent.

I've used the shuttle more than a dozen times over the past two years. While they had some growing pains when they first launched, I always got to the Orland airport or back to Ocala in a timely manner. The only downside is that they don't run the route more often. 1 hour waits in either direction are not uncommon. Apparantly there isn't enough airport traffic in/out of Ocala to justify it. Drivers were always helpful with bags. I would rather use the service than drive down or inconvienence others to take me or pick me up.
