I purchased a pair of MBT shoes, was fitted by salesperson. After watching the MBT DVD I found that they didn’t fit properly, my hells were moving up and down in the shoes. I had my wife to return for a full refund, however they gave her a store credit. The only size they had at the time was an 11.5. I needed an 11, I was told that they seemed to fit perfect, so I purchased them. If I was told that I couldn’t get a refund, my decision would have been not to purchase. This was my first time buying from this shoe store.
