But I wish he was back down here in this county helping with the DRUG PROBLEMS we have! Kenneth Bean done the right thing by hiring him, I hated to see him go!

Did he do a good job? Would they even bring him back? Was he as cocky as the other deputies around there?

Sure it could effect law enforcement.
Most departments won't hire a person with ANY kind of criminal conviction whether felony or misdemeanor.
Now, a small dept. like the JCSD, they might. But most of the bigger ones wouldn't because it's so competitive for those jobs they simply don't have to take a risk on anyone with a record.

i just read a pdf document from the peace officers commision to where sheriff beasly and mr. wardlaw went the 17th of feb, 2012 to get his certifacation back. so how the hell i going around arresting people and acting in official capacity without even being recertified until feb,2012? someone really should get to the bottom of this. i have dug into this officers past and i assure you that it is not behavior becomeing of an officer. you cannot arrest someone for a crime and then turn tight around and commit crime yourself. that is hipocritical and definatly not "walking the thin blue line". there will be more to follow in this post as we gather intell and prepare a packet to send to the peace officers commision
