Let's dispense with the political correct speech and clearly state that this law is targeted at the criminal black underclass. What? One percent commit 49% of the crime? I guess obama is picking on the wrong one percent (YT).

If it is backed by mealy mouth Mikey Dewine, then one has to examine it thoroughly, because something in there is designed to screw tax payers, gun owners in general and destroying the fourth amendment.

If you commit the crime you should be executed, bring back the electric chair, it's faster and cheaper than lethal injection!!!
