Remember the Gabbs dogs?
In May of 2007, a woman named Dama Wirries suffered a fatal heart attack on her 40-acre ranch in Gabbs, leaving behind approximately 150 dogs on what had started out as a canine rescue facility.

I'm sorry, but where Dama passed away was not a ranch in Gabbs. The Ranch is actually called the "Diamond A Ranch" and it is about 14 miles east of Gabbs. To a population the size of Gabbs, 14 miles is a pretty good distance away from any contact between the two sites.
