We can't even get people home from work in 2 inches of snow around here, why does anyone think we'd be able to handle something as catastrophic as a major hurricanes' aftermath?

Charles County did well w/ the La Plata tornado...but the rest of the area? They panic in FLURRIES!! There is no way in this world that the area can handle a hurricanes aftermath or any other major catastrophic event.
