Roscoe Village in Coshocton County has had a canal boat doing this for over 30 years.

Great article. Spent many summers working on the boat.
Only comment is that the lock keepers house is not an original. From what I remember it was a depression era work project that made the park and added the house. I am not sure of the original location of the original house.
