Itawamba schools seeks lawsuit dismissal
The Itawamba County School Board has asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed over its disciplining of a high school student for an Internet song about two coaches.

You mean to tell me that this gut less, cowardless, hypocritical School Board has the nerve to try and silence the freedom of speech of a student? Suspend him for 7 days and Alternative School for a song that condemns the inappropriate actions of GROWN men... Really? These GROWN men are still holding their positions which is something the School Board should be worrying about instead of this!! It just goes to show you what a bunch of cowards the Itawamba School Board is.
