She should worry less about lawsuits, and more about getting into the gym. Oh boohoo, the fat lesbian couldnt take her date to the prom.

I'm wondering if one of the boys had wanted to come dressed in drag,would everyone be saying descrimination,had they barred him.

Probably. Boys have attnded proms in drag, and I belive that there have been court cases over that, and the courts have said it's prfectly fine.

Women also been barred from wearing a tux to the prom, with the same result.

Why do you care about gay people and their dates attending a prom, and what they wear ?

Yes, it woudl be discrimination, and almost certainly illegal. There have already been many court cases over the years regarding this issue, and teh student has almost always won.
