Jay wrote: <quoted text> ******* Sorry I couldn't let this one pass me by: In your first paragraph you are trying to cover two centuries of struggles and strife of the people of those times. We have a constitution now, as you well know, and a lot of things were changed to protect this country and it's legal citizens. To go into two centuries of American history that you are trying to cover in a couple of sentences is not possible, as well as all the reasons those events occurred. As for Native Americans - yes they did get screwed. The westward trek to settle the country was a time of war and horror for both Native Americans and pioneers. It is a fact that Native Americans fought each other, and at the same time fought the whites for their invasion of the West and the Black Hills. You did not live in those times, and neither did the rest of us. It's sad to say but true, that people did what they felt needed to be done. Any millions paid the price for it on all sides. As for African Americans, most of them were sold out by their own tribal leaders for beads and baubles. Families were destroyed, many died in transit....and those who did not were in bondage. No one is proud of that, but their way of thinking was unlike ours today, and the reasons are way too many to list at this time. Those Europeans who fought in our wars, many were immigrants, but they were loyal to America and wanted to be citizens and a majority did become such. Same during the Civil War when black regiments fought for their own freedom, and bravely, too! That's the big picture in short sentences, but defining illegals today is quite different. What's going on in this country is the stealing across the border with no intention of being loyal to anyone but their own country... not wanting to really become citizens but wanting to make the money to send back to their native country. That is not all bad for many who are probably good people, but open borders are costing us, and so are the benefits that we tax payers pick up. Last I heard ---$100 billion dollars a year. Those who steal across the fences are bringing with them drugs, guns and murderous intentions. People are dying in the desert and being raped , murdered and many lately found beheaded and dismembered. They are infiltrating our jails and our cities with contraband, guns, drugs and illicit solicitation. That's the difference between African Americans, or American blacks as I prefer to call it. Black Americans are getting screwed out of jobs the more Obama gives amnesty to those who stole into our country and broke the laws. As a matter of fact the black caucus sent Obama a letter telling him that the unemployment rate for black Americans is 16.7%. With millions of white and other American citizens looking for work how is it you think that these illegals should take priority over black, white and other Americans who were born in this country and deserve to be considered first? Obama's back door amnesty is a slap in the face to every tax paying legal American, whether natural born or naturalized. For the life of me, I can't understand black Americans voting for this man who basically has done nothing for them. I still say, charity begins at home!!! "legal citizens" Is there any other kind Einstein? By the way, haw is your radio show going addressing cockroaches?

I think he needs to address some of these young kids who think all white people are down on blacks, when essentially it's wealthy black Democrats who want to keep these people down, alluding to the fact that they are inferior and hated by most whites. And you know who I mean don't you? Try - The New Black Panther Party, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and a host of other big mouth's that like to keep things stirred up. In essence, I think what this young man said is basically historically true...but don't expect them to be taught any of this in our liberal schools. JMO. Really? Time to start picking on African American ministers? Racism noted!

Monday, Obama's," General Motors" announced at the BEIJING auto show that it will began building it's all new cadillac XTS sedad in china this year and later will build the ELR luxury electric coupe in the country. So much for job creation for Americans. Obama's stimulas plan sells out to China , and out sourced to chinse firms and Chinse workers. Every aspect of life in America has been sold out since a sell out Obama took over. When theres no penalty for failure, Obama will create more failure. So you want to change the subject. How about anything other than a real response. Please note that no response was necessary, but you could keep dragging in new complaints whenever convenient to avoid logical arguments and still keep complaining. What’s your next “how about” going to be? Your possibilities are infinite.

Republicans are Fascists do as the GOP and keep reminding the nation of it.GOP/Fascists,GOP/Fascists.G OP/Fascists---------- Both in fascist Italy and Nazi Germany, the tax system was changed to one favoring business and the wealthy. The Nazis allowed industries to deduct from their taxable income all sums used to purchase new equipment. Rich families employing a maid were allowed to count the maid as a dependent child and reap the tax benefit. In Italy, the Minister of Finance stated: "We have broken with the practice of persecuting capital."73
Such programs, catering to big business and the rich elite, are more akin to the policies of the Reagan Administration than it is to any liberal administration including FDR's. Likewise, it was the rich industrialists that were behind the fascist movement in the United States during the 1930s. Thus it is no surprise that the right wing attempts to try and label fascism as socialism in trying to distance themselves from their previous support of fascism.
Perhaps the only redeeming feature in Hayek's book is his acknowledgement of environmental problems.72 Indeed this is significant, considering the book was first published in the 1940s, long before the birth of the environmental movement. Hayek readily acknowledges the problem of industrial pollution and the harmful effects of deforestation, yet he stops short of any meaningful solution. Instead of offering a viable solution Hayek condemns government regulation and would allow market forces to provide the solution. However, it was these same market forces that produced the problem. We have plenty of proof of such a fool hearty approach both here and globally. As late as the 1970s rivers caught fire in the United States, cities were smog stricken and harmful pollutants were damaging the environment world wide. Today we face the problems of global warming and ozone depletion, and the problem of environmental estrogens, which has the potential of being even more threatening than both global warming and ozone depletion.
But perhaps the most damning of all evidence that Hayek was dead wrong comes from the implementation of an economic system based on his beliefs. Hayek later taught at the University of Chicago, the same university that trained the "Boys from Chicago" who were the economic brains behind the fascist regime of Pinochet in Chile. There is no question in the matter that under Pinochet, Chile was indeed fascist. More alarming, Hayek is an idol to several top-level officials in the George W. Bush administration. They are dangerous close to imposing a fascist style economy on the United States. GOP/Fascists,GOP/Fascists.GOP/ Fascists,GOP/Fascists,GOP/Fasc ists.GOP/Fascists. Lufthansa traces its history back to 1926 when the Deutsche Luft Hansa was formed in Berlin, an airline that served as flag carrier of the country until 1945 when all services were suspended following the defeat of Germany in World War II. The new Lufthansa was formed on January 6, 1953 as Aktiengesellschaft für Luftverkehrsbedarf, a company for air traffic demand, and was renamed Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft and relaunched as an airline on August 6, 1954. While Lufthansa claims DLH's history as its own, it is important to note that it is not the legal successor of the company founded in 1926. On April 1, 1955 Lufthansa launched scheduled service within Germany using the Convair 340. International operations started on May 15, 1955, with flights to points in Europe, followed by services to New York City from June 8 of that year using Lockheed Super Constellations aircraft, and on South Atlantic routes from August 1956.
East Germany attempted to establish its own airline in 1955 using the Lufthansa name, but this resulted in a dispute with West Germany, where the airline was already in operation. East Germany created its national airline Interflug in 1958, and the East German Lufhansa ceased to exist and merged into Interflug in 1963.[8] Lufthansa (and all other West German airlines) were banned from flying into West Berlin until the demise of the GDR regime.

As the hangman's noose gripped Saddam Hussein's neck for the murder of his own people, less well-known is credible evidence that his regime ordered an attack that killed Americans right smack in the middle of America's heartland. It is doubtful that this arrogant, bloodthirsty tyrant — had he not met his deserved end — would have produced a confession or "smoking gun" nailing his own role in the cold-blooded murder of 168 Americans on U.S. soil. He was not tried or convicted for that, and besides, you can't execute a man twice.
But very strong circumstantial evidence points to his evil regime in the killing of innocent American men, women, and children in the 1995 bombing of the Federal Murrah Building in Oklahoma City.
Why don't we know what happened?
So if the Butcher of Baghdad may have been responsible, why did we not hear more about it? Why did our own government not investigate to nail it down? If a foreign government kills our people right here on our soil — is that not an act of war?
Yes, it is. But your government has moved heaven and earth to see that this case is not brought to honest closure. Why?
With a little help from their friends
Timothy McVeigh has been executed and Terry Nichols is rotting in prison. They deserve what they got and more (hopefully, as with Saddam, on "the other side"). But now comes a congressional report saying there is mounting evidence they did not act alone.
This rare glimmer of any kind of official federal recognition (outside the courts) that Saddam's regime may have been involved came in a report released just before Christmas by the House Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee. That document in several respects vindicates the years-long shoe leather sleuthing by Jayna Davis, an Oklahoma City TV reporter who was on the case from Day 1.

Illegal aliens are considered citizens of this country or inhabitants as long as the government recognizes them and affords them the same rights, privileges and protections granted to "legal citizens." Though they are not citizens in the same sense as natural born or naturalized, they reside, draw welfare, food stamps, education privileges, housing, medical and constitutional rights.
