Yeah, what a joke. Conviction is no certainty either. A lot of morons out there still side with police, no matter what kind of thugs they are.

The Feds could still charge them all with civil rights violations, but don't hold your breath.

You can't expect fairness, decency, or any sense honor or fair play in SoCal. The Voters are self destructive morons who sold out to the unions. That is why we are one of the few remaining Blue States. Most other citizens finally came to their senses. After all, they have their childrens futures to consider.

The feds arent going to charge anything - and just two? didnt you see the press release?- they cant charge any of the other 4 officers - its very simple why (some people just arent able to understand it...)

Also, there will not be a murder conviction - that charge was only filed to keep peace - Im gonna go out on a limb - hopefully it is a hung jury on all charges! have a good one

Any REAL MAN would have stopped the killing. But, guess these four just don't measure up to standards expected from average American men.

Most cops don't. I laugh at idiots who think these 6 are the exception.

Tyisha Miller
Maragaret Mitchell
Ilio Carreon
Irvin Landrum, Jr.
unarmed son of Monrovia LAPD reservist shot by his own dad (not released due to his age)
Marcus Lemons
Robert Day

The list could go on & on, of people who have been executed by armed thugs that are paid to commit crimes.

I almost forgot to list my favorite because it was some time ago. Thank goodness it only involved two pigs and they didn't take out their 'roid rage on a civilian...

Undercover L.A.P.D. officer Frank Lyga shot and killed off-duty L.A.P.D. officer Kevin Gaines in a case of apparent road rage.(circa (1996)

The tragedy is because of the Union, if the officers prove to be unworthy of the uniform they glide through all the way til lavish retirement. In the Real World, employees get replaced or fired if they prove wrong for the jobs. In the Union they are free to fail.

Not sure who the rest of these people are - but Tyisha Miller - wasnt she the person who ws sitting in the car in possession of a firearm, and had the police called on here - maybe if she wasnt illegally carrying a gun she would be alive... Robert Day - didnt he force the police to try to shoot him with a bean bag shotgun - accidents happen - he shouldnt have and not forced the officers to use force against him...

Its funny how all of you have something bad to say but yet probably call 9-1-1 in a heartbeat. The guy wasnt "killed" on purpose, the 4 officers were struggling with him to get him handcuffed - thats why they were not and will not be charged with any crimes. Thats why the "murder" charge will go no where when it comes to a reasonable jury in some other jurisdiction after the case if transferred.

This is a great opportunity to fire them all and replace them with equal talent for half the price from most anywhere else in America.

yeah we would call 911 but when I do I sure hope no asshole cop on a power trip shows up ,six cops couldn't put handcuffs on a SOBER 130 lbs man!....the last 4 will probably just get a slap in the hands for letting the other bad apples beat this guy and not stop it. Or even attempt to .

Are you REALLY this stupid? Or are you a troll, just trying to sound stupid and stir up readers.

a) There's no reason any taxpayer shouldn't call the paid thugs. Our taxes pay their salaries the same way yours do, you fool.

b) They were merely trying to hand cuff him?! You must've taken the short bus to school, if you truly think they didn't harm him intentionally. Ramos was even caught on tape saying, "We're about to f___ you up!", as he put on his latex gloves, so he wouldn't get any of Kelly's blood on his hands...indicating to anyone reasonably intelligent person that this was not reasonable force. This was premeditated.

Yes, there is a good chance he won't be convicted. Our juries are full of people as stupid as you. That's no surprise.

Cops killing people is no surprise either.

Margaret Mitchell
Tyisha Miller
Charles Day
Brian Macias, son of an LAPD reservist in Monrovia, shot & killed by his own dad
Irvin Landrum, Jr.
Fortunately, Ilio Carreon survived. But Ivory Webb tried. That POS was acquitted, even though his murder attempt was caught on tape.

Those are just a few that readily come to mind. The list would go & on, if I wanted to.

Yeah, it's obvious a moron like you doesn't know who they are, esp. if you think Charles Day "forced" that off duty LAPD officer to kill him over a minor fender bender.

Munoz chased him at over 100 mph in a Hummer with his 13 month old baby in the backseat. SUV's are not safe vehicles driven at speeds in excess of 60 mph. But he didn't care. His only goal was to kill Day.

Any reasonably intelligent officer would have gotten his license plate number and reported the incident. The freakin' pig was probably road ragin before the fender bender occurred. I wouldn't have stopped either. So, Day drove to a well lit convenience store, hoping that might spare him the officer's violent ways. It didn't.

Are you are saying that the Cops Union is so powerful that even a Murder on Camera isn't going to be a problem for the Unionistas? That is scary stuff.

Ivory Webb was also caught on camera shooting off duty airman Ilio Carreon. Carreon survived, but Webb was still acquitted of all charges.

Juries are comprised of 12 people too stupid to get out of jury duty. An acquittal in the Thomas case should surprise no one.

I saw this beating .no excuse for barbaric behavior.Ramos is a disgrace to the badge. He didn't look remoresful.cicinelli looked somewhat dazed and remorseful.all cops there should be charged. Not just two. They neglected to take hold of situation to put police under control. I never had brother but I would have liked one such as Kelly. Why was he homeless? He couldn't have stayed with mother father or?...
