Penny sales tax hearings set in Sarasota

The Sarasota County Surtax Advisory Taskforce plans to several meetings to get input from residents about what projects should be funded by the penny sales tax for unincorporated Sarasota County.

I am just one of the many who thinks Sarasota County should buy a county owned golf course. It will keep many people happy and also make money. They are spending lots of money on other interests such as bike & jogging trails,docks for boatsjust to name a couple. Thank you
