Because it has eaten out of garbage cans it's entire life and cannot feed itself! He does not know how to find berries or hunt for fish.

Oh my yes, we have wildlife in the State of Michigan(sarcasm here folks). You see more now around housing because man in his infinite greediness has to take all the land for himself. But why isn't the excess of humans considered a pest or nuisance and relocated elsewhere, hmm?
Leave the widlife alone and learn to deal with it in a constructive way. Don't like the wildlife(critters), stay in the d.amned cities.
