This is another problem in our society where people are not in control of their lives. Legally speaking if this Grandmother has a epilepsy that is not controlled (ie, a seizure within the last 6 months) she should be charged with endangering the public and child endangerment. If this is the case she's lucky she didn't kill anyone, but I hope the insurance companies and police investigate her seizure history and whether or not she should not have been driving (ie, she has had a seizure within the last 6 months regardless of medications).
