You were there huh? You know he did it without a doubt? Shame on you for playing God. Only God, her, him, and Abby know!

It was only an unfortunate coincidence that his wife's body was found surrounded by the waste products of the company he worked for. It was only coincidence that his wife's body was in a sleeping bag that belonged to the family.
The only person who "played God" was Michael Blagg. And, now he is paying for that action. A jury, who heard ALL the evidence was convinced BEYOND A DOUBT that Michael Blagg murdered his family.
When I lived there, I knew this man. He was arrogant and condescending to others. He made it clear to everyone that he thought he was smarter than anyone else. Like one cop said: "He may be smarter than me, but he's not smarter than all of us."
Michael Blagg is where he belongs.

You people have no common sense. 2 plus 2 is 4.
Always has been ,always will.Think,,you idiots! Whoever took Page to the desert, killed Blaggs family and framed him. It had to do with his job alright. And mesa county let it happen. All for a mexican peso. Makes me sick, to think an innocent man can be framed along with Page being killed. And you people argue over circumstancual evidence. The really evidence , is dixon knows where page went, and where abby is.

Blagg liked things neat-why would he shost and leave blood dripping off the bed?
This wife had a hystorectomy-the need to call home-see if she was still there and the house still standing?
Did you take a class on what to do in college, when your partner commits suicide and takes the kids with them?

Cords-
Another point to ponder which I have never heard addresed is this-Anyone who grew up Catholic was taught that suicide was a mortal sin. Thus, in the past, this person could not be buried from
the church. Today, they can receive a funeral and be buried in sacred ground. Blagg grew up Catholic. He was attending a Protestant church, but we often revert back to our first teaching, especially in emergency situations. I absolutely believe the local law enforcement people have no clue what they are dealing with. This is not their fault, they simply do not understand the perspective.

Reading through the comments, several things caught my attention. In the first place, trying to figure out sometimes why an "outwardly" Christian husband and father would do such a thing is not always as simple as either monetary gain or jealousy. She told a few family members and friends of serious issues with her husband, not to mention a frantic attempt just a day or so before the disappearances, to get legal help from what she said was a dangerous situation with her husband. And I have been in a similar, just thankfully not as dangerous situation with a husband who is also controlling and abusive, who took great "pride", for lack of a better word, in their public persona and the how they are perceived by their community. It is their egos that fuel this, not a desire to be a better person or a better Christian, or father or husband. They prize their "appearance" above all else, even over the live of those they are supposed to love and protect, and they are at their most dangerous when they fear their true life with all it's ugliness and deception is about to be exposed, as it would be in a divorce. It's not only the loss of their "reputation" that can send them into a maniacal frenzy, but the loss of control over their wife and family. To kill, is one way to regain control in their twisted narcissistic thinking, but also keeps their secrets hid, and allows them to play the grieving victim or widower. In their world and thinking, their wife is to blame for all of this anyway because she left him no choice. No motive? Please! I've "almost" been there and I only weep for a mother who tried to save her daughter and wasn't able to. Please don't be fooled by his words and tears, he's really not that good of an actor anyway!

Lets not forget that it was proven that her body was found in area, in the dump, that corresponded to where the trash from where Blagg worked was dumped. This man is a monster. He deserved the death penalty. And, his poor little girl is still "buried" in the dump...does it bother Blagg? Not at all.
