Police in Frisco, Texas, have arrested the estranged wife of a former Rochester-area resident who was killed the day after Christmas.

[FINALLY JUSTICE IN FRISCO]

Police arrested three people in connection with the murder of Craig Nail in Frisco on Dec. 26, 2007.

The Frisco Police Department arrested suspects Mark Kyle Bell, 52, Vera Elizabeth Guthrie-Nail, 42, and Thomas Edward Grace, 55.

Bell is charged with capital murder and is being held on $1 million bond. Guthrie-Nail and Grace are charged with conspiracy to commit capital murder, a first degree felony. They are also being held on $1 million bond.

The Frisco police had had all three under surveillance.

Bell was arrested by the McKinney Police Department on Monday evening on an unrelated charge. The Frisco police picked him up from McKinney.

Nail and Grace were arrested in Carrollton at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Frisco Police Chief Todd Renshaw is very proud of the many officers that spent tireless hours investigating this murder and wishes to thank the following;

They have captured the Cold Blooded Killer (s). They were all three incarcerated in the Collin County Detention Center until recently, when one of the people charged in the murder recieved a bond reduction and is no longer in jail. Ms. Nail and Mark Bell are still incarcerated there and it seems as if Mr. Bell's trial will begin soon. There is no reason for AMW to do a story on this murder.
