If I had a nickle for every time that I heard Keith Blankenship say that this was his courtroom and he did not care what the law was I would be rich. Keith is a very, very, nasty little man. Wythevillians seem to think just as long as he does not ever set over another drunk and driving case again things would be fine. That is the furtherst thing from the truth. 99.9% of domestic violence cases are booze related. Whytheville deserves people like this to judge them. Me, I think he should have been hung on the spot like the little ass tries to do to everyone he has ever ran accross.

Fact is you probably would not ever even draw him as a judge but just to know that those other ass holes set right beside him on the bench after all these years does not say that much for him because you know as well as I do that they know what he is all about. If they know what he is all about and have done nothing for all these years that makes them bigger bastards than he is

You seem a little harsh with your words but I do agree with most of what you have said. Fact is Wytheville is way past due for an ennema and rid Keith Blankenship.

Chill, Chill, Chill, Daddy Rabbit he may very well be a little ass hole because I have been told sometimes he frequents a nice little spot not far from Wytheville. Lets just say I know for a fact he has eaten his weight in snot. I am sure glad that I see other people think the way that I do. I just don't feel like much of a person knowing that people like this are judging people like me. You hit the nail on the head because the others are just like him because you know for a fact they know who and what he is. Truth is after the things he did to peoples wives and families Blankenship cant hold a candle but is well on his way. They all pay sooner or latter. Lets just take it day by day and see if it sticks. Second just keep an eye out and every time you see the bastard out someplace get him on your phone cam. Send it to u-tube. Some town cop from a crazy family in cripple creek. That is gutless!! Just take a few shots of whatever, get real numb and just walk up to someone and flatten that nose. Lisa, All I can think of to say is that you are so very right. I don't really mean to sound as bad as I did after I read what it is that I wrote. One thing is for sure you really have no idea just how dusty my wings have been but that is really the start of my point. I have paid in ways that you will never even begin to imagine and I thank its damn time someone just like him should pay as well. If you knew me like you think that you do then you would know that I have paid hard, long, and looks like for the rest of my life for everything I have ever done. I learned from it as well. Why should he not have to do the same? Tell me. Don't get me wrong I don't run around looking for trouble or anything because I hate a cop so bad that I would rather stay the hell out of trouble than ever have to even talk to one or THEIR judges. I'm not one of those people who run around innocent all the time. I have gone into court without blinking an eye and said yep that is me. The truth is I can only think of one time he really ever gave me a hard time in court that I did not think he was right anyway. He tried to uphold a child support order against me when I was close to eight thousand dollars overpaid. I had all the proof, canceled checks, tracking, the works but my name was not on them. The truth is I don't care who was handling
my business at the time its still my business. I beat that anyway in the end. Like I said if a person does not want to be part of something like that stay the hell out of court. And if you are right and go to court you better have the bank roll and the backbone to bring them to their knees or else that what is going to happen to you. I want to see him pay just the way everyone else that has ever had to even look at him has to in the past. If you are going to be a little hard nose punk that loves to hang people then stay the hell out from behind the wheel drunk because people like me are going to want to see you pay. I hope there are thousands of pissed people that have the guts to say something about the way they feel about him. I got nothing to loose but my apathy now. One thing I don't understand is how people.., the ones that do can take up for a person like this. I could not help but read in the paper's opinion's that his preacher thought he should have been delt with at church. Did that little tyrant seem to think that anyone needed to be delt with at church. I'm not for sure what church this man goes to but I wonder if the rest of the preachers little flock acts the way keith has. I feel since he went straight out and ran over somebodys car and ran from the scence that is infact proof enough of what the man thinks about his own law system. I remember the Rural Retreat County cop thing too. I read about it on the sunny dayz site. What ever became of that. Yea keith blankenship did not seem to interested in wanting to put a stop to that messs. Is that not what he is supposed to do, protect the children. Now I would go after that dickson guy if he put my children or family through a mess like that. It is my opinion that each and every case this man was ever a part of should in fact be looked at again. I have had him for a judge a few times for really important stuff and I left each time wondering if he was smoking fucking crack or something. I can see that something was imparing his judgement but I just did not think I was something like booze. How much booze does it take in order to run full fucking retard anyway? Fact is I did not think crack could make you that fucking stupid. I have never been scared to voice my opinion and have gone to jail doing just that in his court room. Each time I was glad to do so and I did holding my head up knowing at least I went for a good reason. The first time I ever met keith was when a very nasty little cop Dewey Clemmons hit my mother at a hospital. I flat out stompped his ass and went to jail, very proud and would do it again. Thing of it was during my case over and over we found the cop was telling lies. Over and over my lawyer busted this guy wide open. It did not make a difference. You see it does not matter what they do. I made sure to enjoy my jail time and did so knowing that I did make a difference. Have you heard of this cop hitting another woman? No and for good reason.

Once I went over a child support order. I was seven thousand dollars over paid. He gave me three years. I did not serve a day of it because I did not owe it. All this on the darkest day of my life. I hate that little bastard and hope that someday he pays for the dumb shit he has put everybody through. I know that nothing will ever come of what he has done but I'm sure glad I served my time for the things that I have done just to be able to say ha ha ha ass hole
