I would vote for Marty in a heartbeat, I've watch the house sessions on several occasions and I like the way he speaks and acts. He actually cares about his constituents.

My first question for Marty Seifert; How do you propose to resolve the COLOSSAL budget shortfall left by Pawlenty?

Ah yes, good for old Marty in his plans to continue the job creating no new taxes deal of Tim from Eagan. Given that the unemployment rate is nearly 10%, that certainly proves that the Eagan lad's approach is very effective in creating jobs. Wow! What a heavy thinker!

Perhaps Marty could say......Oh I don't know. How about not increasing spending 63% as we have in 10 years? That would be a start. Hold spending flat, make cuts (Gasp) of course this would be the first year in 49 years we might actually cut spending and the howls from the left has been hysterical. How about not having the largest employer in the state be the state?

How about by holding the lib dems by the feet and tell them to reign in spending. He has a good start at it. What would you propose? Electing Margret Anderson Keillerher? She is not even to sure about which last name to go by let alone how to run a state. She does know how to increase spending the peoples money. I will give her an A for that.

I've heard Marty's moralizing, bumbling speeches on the house floor too. It is so easy to preach CUT TAXES and DON'T HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU'RE MARRIED. What else, pray tell, does Mr Seifert ever say? Please ... MN GOP ... give us another choice! Marty won't carry the suburbs ... watch. He'd be lucky if he can carry SW Minnesota. The GOP needs someone who can win statewide.
