I clicked on the "full story" link and and some rogue site called "apple security" tried to download "anti-malware" software to my computer. I stopped it before the download is complete, but I recommend you take this "Raingarden: Real world experiment in pollution control | Guest Column" off the att.net home page before it infects some less wary user. I tried to notify att.net of this problem, but got a chat with someone who couldn't (or woudn't) put me in touch with the sysops for the att.net home page.
