Whatever happened to the Ringer Family

Just wondering if anyone knows where Paul Ringer went to. I know his brother James passed away years ago.What happened to his wife Norma (King) Ringer?

I know a Paul Ringer living in Lexa, married to a Debi (used to be Tolar). They have a Daughter who's now around 32 or 33 yrs old now. Maybe that's who you are looking for?

That sounds like it might be him. Did he have a brother named James? I know James' wife name was Norma Jean she used to have a beauty shop or may have just worked in one. Paul always seemed to be a very nice man, but he had a daughter by his first wife named Kim. Is this the one you know?

I am Paul's Brother in Law. Paul is alive and well in Lexa, AR. His brother James is deceased but his brother John (J.W.) is living in Florida.

What about the sisters as I remember that he had 2 (that I remember) may have had more. Mr. & Mrs. Ringer were very fine people. I knew them back in the 70's. Gee I guess I'm getting old! ha, ha

The two Ringer girls are also alive and well. Carolyn is still living at the home place south of Helena and Mamie is now living in El Dorado, AR. As you have probably guessed, I am happily married to Mamie for the past 37 years. She is a Great Grandma and still ROCKS!!!!

Don't doubt that for one minute. All the Ringer Family I ever met were very fine people and mostly very happy and fun loving people. You got a good wife!

I saw Mamie a few times and she really seemed nice. Carloyn was the funny girl in her younger days. I guess I could be called an ole timer, in my 50's and reflecting back. Nice to know that Mamie is still just as wonderful as she usedd to be. Thanks that lifts my hope for man (woman) kind.

carolyn ringer carter works in the parts dept at west hornor motor co and works part time as a fine waitress at olivers restr. in helen,ar. she is still very sweeet and a good person.

I believe I am married to James son, Jerold who has a brother James as his uncle JW is living in florida. Found all his very interesting as I found it by heading Ringer Family Helena ark.James sr. has been deceased since 1975

Kelly, I think you are related to another "James" Ringer. James has two sons. One is Brent Ringer and the other one is Darrell Ringer. I think they are living in Tennessee. James Ruble Ringer Sr. died in 1982. His son James Ringer died in either 1999 or 2000. "Uncle J.W." in Florida's name is John Walter Ringer. Having said that I would think it is highly likely that your husband is related to the Ringer family.

Some of the uncles names I can think of are Ruble, ernest, simpson(sam) who lives in illinois,buck,jw,aunt mamie mae,Dorothy, cousins Dennis who also was in florida, linda, There are so many it is hard for me think of them all. I do believe his father James Carl had appx. 8 brothers and 2 sisters. A couple of his cousins do live in tenn. but cannot find the town just this minute, as it is too early lol. Husband said uncle rubles farm is in elaine ar.He does have a cousin carolyn.Uncle jw built a house down the road from rubles by the pigpen. Said he spent many of summers in his youth slopping hogs and chopping cotton. another cousin red haired wade

I think i can clear some of this up .I am the mother of James Carl Jr. and Jerold raig Ringer,they are cousins to Paul J.W James Carolyn and Mamie. I was married to James Carl Ringer Sr. Brother to Ruble Buck (Dennis Walter) June (walter Dennis) Simpson.Lavonne Sister Sula 1 other sister can't remember her name right now their father was Walter Dennis he was married a second time to Mrs Jordan and she had quite a large familt so they had step brothers and sisters .

You are related to the Ringers. I forgot that Ruble had a brother named James. The other sister is Pearl who lived in Illinois. Its a small world but the Ringers are a very large family.

yes her name was pearl jordan, a very nice lady, note another ringer passed last week dennis lee of florida, only 56 of heart problems. God Bless him.

Isn't Wade Mimmie's son? Seems like I remember that she had a son when I moved away from Helena in the earily 1970's.

Wade is Mamie's son and she has a daughter named Dorinda. Wade is 43 and Dorinda is 41. Makes me feel awfully old.....
