WHY? Here's what I don't understand, Support Jimmy, Hang Josh, that you don't know for sure he even did anything, yet the outcome could be the same? What's up with that? THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE...

I think drugs and people's actions play apart in their wanting to "hang" him as you put it. From what I heard Jimmy was a great man and never hurt a soul, so I am assuming he must have really feared for his life to take this man's life. I can only assume again, Josh's actions are what made ppl dislike him, but it fit's the standard in Menifee Co. God help them all!!

It's like some people have 'double standards' or whatever. Murder is murder, no matter who does it or for whatever reason. God plainly says, "Thou shalt not kill", he didn't add it's ok if you fear your neighbor OR ex-husband, He says
"Thou shalt not kill"...period...

we are not to JUDGE!! It is not our call. We all shall have to face judgement one day. Just pray for all parties involved in either side. How can you go wrong with praying for all!!!!!?

Remember that both Moses and David (from David and Goliath fame) killed men in their lives. Moses beat a slave to death and David moved a guy to the front of battle so he would surely die and David could have his wife. Moses never suffered the tribulation that David did for this. My understanding is that both were forgiven this. No Christian has ever told me that they believe either of these two men won't make it to heaven.

So I have to say that according to that thar Bible, at least God takes into account why a person kills somebody. Self-defense to protect your life or to protect your property is different than just killing somebody for the heck of it.

Let me correct my previous post--Moses beat to death an Egyptian who was trying to beat a slave to death.
Sometimes with the quick typing I leave some words out.
