If that would have been in hanCUFF county--they would have brought him out on a strecher. The policy in greenfield shoot first--screw the question later if you are a good shot

I am amazed at the lack of reading comprehension shown by many posts on these threads. How can we expect our children to display comprehensive reading skills when the adults ask such stupid questions about what they just read - if they even read it completely.

In defense of Clock, The article states that the hostage situation ended today when the man was arrested at 10:30 a.m. It also states that the police were called just before 9:30 p.m., which means to me that the situation lasted 13 hours.

The things that make you go "Hmmm."

I have read it 3 times now and it is confusing. It states that deputies were called just before 9:30 PM and that the arrest took place at 10:30 AM. I think perhaps the question is did it start at 9:30 PM Sunday or was there a mistake in the paper that should have read 9:30 AM.

He's my uncle and he has a heart the size of Texas and if his wife's boyfriend would leave him along this would have never happened.

That was probably his former girlfriend and he couldn't stand to lose her.

What's he do, get his gun. That'll sure make her love him.

It also said it was 'brief' 13 hours is not a brief hostage situation.

So before commenting about comprehension be sure YOU can comprehend.

I have known Linda & John for many years. She has been a great wife and mother. He has cheated on her many times. He tried with me years ago. He is crazy. Linda has put up with him being drunk all the time. She has found someone who makes her happy, and I say it's about time.
