Not once did it say who or what kind of cancer,it only mentioned the profession of,period.

If they had delt with the doctor i.e. made arrangements with them instead of more then likely ignoring every collection letter mailed and phone call made they would not be in the situation that they were in with the lawyer.Most offices of the medical profession and many of those in the collection profession will be more then gald to work with you,if you don't ignore them or simply throw collection letters away or don't answer the phone when they call.The court would more then likely be glad to set up payment planse according to income.Since the poster obviously failed at tall of this and it is now over she can stop whining,it's over,the lawyer was well in his rights to add his fees.

Sadly some Attorneys are after the money, not the purpose of the law.This Attorney could have and should have waived his fee. It was obvious if a $400 bill couldn't be paid, his fee would also be a burden. Pro bono should be required for all Attorneys in this type of event. Antisocial has a name that explains its view.,No concern for others. Sad.I too will pray for its soul.

Yes I did do a lot of free work when it was for a good cause.I would have waived the fee for a cancer patient who had no money, and done a better job that her stated attorney.The rest of your prattle has nothing to do with the subject matter and it is apparent you know nothing about those subjects either.
