Wow! Casino's struggling in Indiana? Amazing. Wasn't this supposed to be a big home run? I wonder when the casino's will ask for corporate welfare from the hairpiece and his buddies at the state house.

Well, $325/night plus tax for a room on the weekend sure chills any urge to go there on impulse to do a little gambling. Add in the long, non-interstate drive there from any major city in the area, and it's doesn't take too much to see why they haven't had business in droves.

I am glad to see that the casino is doing so well that they don't have to resort to "homespun radio". At least when they leave we can use the building for indoor lasertag or paintball....what a waste.

When I can fly to Vegas, get a room and fly back cheaper than I can go to French Lick, it's pretty easy to see why it's failing.

My aunt and her mother-in-law drive six hours one way to visit casinos in Mississippi at least once a month. Her rooms and all her food are complimentary but she and the mother-in-law each lose at least a thousand dollars a trip... She thinks shes getting something free. Give away a few rooms to some gamblers. The house will always win and make money.

You can't get blood from a turnip. These casinos drain the local economy for miles around. However, this casino is located in a more remote, more economically depressed area of the state.

They need to shut down all these gambling joints as its hurting Hoosiers tremendously in the pocket book...to the benefit of the mega-rich like Donald Trump.

You ever look at their promotional material on their website. It sucks. I wrote them about it and received a very lame response. They need a professional to market the place and not make it look like you are going back in time to the 1920's. Nostalgia is nice but the kind of people they need to attract also want a modern, sophisticated experience. They probably received a great deal for their marketing plan.

I've delivered to several of the casinos and all i ever saw was retirees heading in to spend thier social security checks . All the employees i talked to had seen enough to tell me they wouldnt bother gambling.lol.At least vegas has good looking semi nude show girls for you to look at when you lost all your money in the sucker bet that gambling is. lmao
