they fixed my white cat. when i picked up my cat he was covered in black fur.they apparently hadn't cleaned the surgical area when they performed the surgery. if my cat would have had further complications i would be in jail right now. they are lucky. period. i would rather perform veterinary surgery myself than trust these unprofessional butchers.

This vet sounds like another American Animal Hospital. Horrible.

I take my three dogs here and I find no truth in what those bad reviews are talking about. I thought the doctors were very competent and on one appointment voluntarily gave our middle dog a general check up and the appointment was for our puppy! Everyone is very friendly and we have never been overcharged, if you want to experience overcharges go to VCA!

I've had great experiences with Ace Veterinary Hospital. I've had a couple of cats go in for dental work. I run a small rescue and refer adopters there. Other rescue people I know have taken animals there and I have NEVER heard one negative thing about this vet practice. My own personal experiences have been very positive. So I don't believe the negative review posted here.

is this a thinly veiled threat by the "vets", or as i like to think "butchers" at ace ,to silence clients who have had negative experiences and desire to relay those experiences to fellow pet owners?sounds like their incompetence is catching up with them.BTW my cat has another vet.and my cat is alive and well..NOT A COINCIDENCE.

Don't believe everything you read. These
are very kind and patient vets who care deeply
for the patients. I came here after over
twenty years with another vet. They have
treated me very well and kept the expenses down.
Also they have very late hours with no late
charges.

Ace Animal Hospital & Dr Aulakh have no experience. I waited 1 1/2 hour in the lobby while Dr Aulak walked from room to room. He is a one man band. There was no one to help him and he looked confused and puzzled. Nobody cleaned the rooms even though pets were going in and out. The hospital was filthy dirty. How can I trust them? He barely touched my dog before he hit me with a big estimate. No thanks Ace Vets!

Parminder Aulakh from Ace Animal Hospital is a shame to the vet profession. He performed needless procedure on my pet without my permission and had the audacity to charge me without even letting me know what he needs to do and then he lies about it. Do not trust Ace Animal Hospital & Parminder Aulakh.

Ace Animal Hospital lack knowledge and are not pet loving. I think the staff doesn't like pets. The girls and vet were scared to touch my dog. THe price was too much for what they were doing. I think this is like a expensive vaccine shot clinic.

Interviewed here back in February. I am a registered veterinary technician. In other words I'm a LICENSED professional. I have completed 3 years at an accredited veterinary technician program AND I have 3 years of experience and pre-vet school classes under my wing. When I interviewed here I found that many of the people who work here have had no veterinary background whatsoever. In other words individuals are offered a job here because they are another warm body to fill a role. Notice on the website it mentions "ultrasound cleaner" for dentistry. It's NOT ultrasound...It's UltraSONIC...HUGE Difference...Has nothing to do with an ultrasound.. There are many hospitals with techs who aren't licensed but, at least they have experience. The kicker? They only offer minimum wage to an experienced RVT. The starting wage for a graduate is well over $15hr in the bay area. They are trying to use the cheapest labor and charge the biggest buck. This is a hole in the wall and as a concerned veterinary professional I've addressed my concerns with the California Veterinary Medical Board. In this profession it takes a lot to do such a thing. It takes A LOT of concern for the welfare of an animal. Trust me when I say just because it may be the closest or most convenient doesn't mean it's the BEST for your animal. There are many other reputable hospitals and ER's in the bay area. Do your research. If the hospital is AAHA Accredited then high chance it's a good place. Ace is NOT AAHA Accredited. And just a pointer--Manager making such statements on a public forum is very unprofessional. A true manager would be CONCERNED and want to get to the bottom of the complaint. Veterinary Medicine is hardly about "competition". It's about what's doing best for the animal. I wouldn't go anywhere that suggested otherwise. Notice the only individual who mentioned anything about competition is the "Manager". Goodluck!

Based on the aggressive marketing at Ace, I tried them out. I don't think the vets at Ace are any good. They had bad bedside manner and didn't really care about what I thought and didn't give other options. I'm thinking they will go out of business if they keep practicing this way.

The little guy vet Dr Chahal is also very incompetent. He hides behind the staff and doesn't know what he is doing. He misdiagnose my dog and made him fatally ill. I had to put my dog to sleep.

Guys,

I read all the feedbacks and honestly for past 5 months visting Ace Hospital has been pleassure. Please don't insult someone without any evidence and they are the cheapest Vet Hospital. One more thing Dr. A didn't charge me for particular services. Living in Fremont for last 25 years and honestly give this place a try. You should see it to believe the great experience I had. I felt they deserve to be recognize for their service. Ace Staff Thank You!

Drs at Ace Animal
Hospital are really bad. They overcharge for everything and do unnecessary procedures.

Dr Chahal is also very bad. He said my dog had liver failure and recommending putting to sleep. It turned out it was just due to age.

Every single one of the staff was calm, knowledgable and kind. I've been looking for just the right vet in Fremont for our dog and I've found them. It was by chance that we went there the other night with Eeyore who needed immediate attention and they treated her right away and fixed her up.
