Virtually all the Sikhs know me and we have a mutual understanding and ambivilance towards each other--gee, what a shocker!
Too bad the story & the truth behind the stop light isn't being told as to how it all came about.
The Sikhs & the Gurdwara get, take, rejoice and celebrate for taking credit and all the pandering that goes their way.
The neighborhood doesn't even get a mention about its efforts & struggles.
Too bad there's no mention about the lingering resentment, ill will, and negative attitudes on both sides.
For those of us who live in the neighborhood, we know better.
