If anyone could possibly point me to any organization or Wayne VanDyne type, I would appreciate it. I bought my home three years ago and it is on Gilpin Rifles Inc. property. In lieu of rent, I agreed to cut the grass and take care of the grounds using their tractor. As soon as the new "president" took over, someone I never much cared for (for obvious reasons), he gave me 90 days to move my trailer for bogus reasons. I have no family to help me, nowhere to go, or any money to do this. I would have never bought this place if I even dreamed they would do this to me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I never thought any person could be so rotten. My main concern is for my pets, all rescued from bad situations, and I thought this would be the ideal setting for them. I love it here and I keep my house and yard immaculate and am in a desperate situation.

What obvious and bogus reasons ??? And also, the president of an organization cannot make the decision on his own. It needs to be a majority decision of the membership.

Nothing like the good ol' boy mentality. I would never have bought this house if I knew I had to either move or abandon it it in 3 1/2 years. This is my only asset. They have since resorted to harrassment and animal cruelty. Anyone who agrees with that is about as sane as this bully who can push women around and hurt innocent animals. Would you tuck YOUR tail between your legs and RUN? What class.....

Sorry to hear this is all happening to you. What are you doing about it legally?
Surely, you have some legal rights in this matter.
Are you currently being represented by an attorney?

What is the deal with the club president? I did not hear much about this club. Tell them that you will see them in court!

It might help people understand if you told the truth about the whole situation.

You can't always believe what you read in these! Even when people are asking for help, they don't always tell all sides of a story, only what they want you to hear. It might help if you told the truth about the whole situation.
