Morales enlisted two women, 25-year-old Tiesha Moore of Freeport and 29-year-old Melissa Renard of Wyandanch, to falsely sign DMV forms stating they were the owners of the stolen vehicles, police said.

At what point will the Justice system lock this trash away, punish and then through probation drug test them, make them work and go to school. A waste of public assistance dollars for people to behave like beasts.
