Judge to reschedule school salaries hearing

There are 1 comment on the Quincy Herald-Whig story from May 11, 2007, titled Judge to reschedule school salaries hearing. In it, Quincy Herald-Whig reports that:

“The Pearl City School District had paid 50 to 60 employees with its tort fund, and the appellate court determined that only one person was entitled to be paid a portion of their salary with tort fund proceeds”

A petition to rehear a tort immunity lawsuit against the Pearl City School District has been denied, Freeport attorney Robert Slattery said today. via Quincy Herald-Whig
