The neighbor,(at Ave B) places, The sister,(the girlfriend) at the crime scene, as well as the crime scene on Oak St. My heart goes out to both families, but, what did this man have to gain, by killing these women? Jenica (is it?)is the only one who stood to gain anything,(motive). I feel so bad saying this, but there is always the possibility of the boyfriend thinking he could gain something through his girlfriend. But why? why would he do such a haneous thing if he didn't have any reason? Unless ofcourse there was some discussion between the two of them.(Mr Parks and his girlfriend),a lie Detector test would be crucial to all of this,(both of them).I know the sister would probably pass it, but what could it hurt? who knows, it may even shed some light on some things.

I know jenica had something to do with the murder of her mother and sister and that is so sad, everyone is wondering why melvin would have killed them, think about it what would the neighbor have to gain by saying she seen jenica with melvin and didn't appear to be in any danger, she made the statement truthfully, I think police really needs to do their job and follow-up with her statement. Jenica is far from innocent, nothing is adding up at all.

Do either of you know Jenica or this guy? Do you know how many domestics he had against women??
Assumption is not a good thing. Your uninformed comments plant seeds in other peoples thought. Maybe wait for some facts before you comment?? A lie detector test... hmmm, I have faith in the police force to know what they are doing.

I knew Josie and Louie far to well. I too think Jennica had a hand in this... She is/was a druggie and she wanted her sisters money. Yes Josie had money,,, unfortuanately she wasn't able to spend it all..After the years of struggling with her injuries and Louie always being there whether in good times or bad... It was jealousy and greed for Josies money.

I personally know melvin and in my heart believe he did not do this. I dated him and never was I once afraid of him. He never raised his hand to me. I believe racism plays a part in this. The truth will come out and I feel bad he is not w/ his family and children....
