Fla needs to update the laws where alcohol distribution to minors is concerned regardless of the fact that a teen made the wrong choice to get behind the wheel. And alls the man got was a 100 fine hello whats wrong with this picture??????????

umm..dont know where you got your info but this is not all that is being done to this man, also everyone wants to point fingers at one adult, but 90% of the parents knew their kids were going to these parties, and knew there was alcohol being served. The parents..all of them are just as responsible for Megans death as the man and ashlee are. When you support a thing like these parties for the last at least two years then all the parents that allowed their kids to go or even droped them off are no less guilty then mr wood. Meganrest her soul... needs to be able to rest in peace and her family needs closure but there shoul dbe other parents that are throwing the same kind of parties in the same town still now, need to be crucified especially for what happened to our "angel in the outfield". Lets not just stop at one but stop them all now.

kids are going to experiment with alcohol and other things.sometime you do not know what to do let them drive or keep them in one place.what is best.i think i would try to keep them a my home also.those teens were out looking for something to do.things got dull at woods house so they were going to the next house to check on kids to have fun with. the accident could have happened before the got to woods house or after they left the next house. no one ever knows when it will.

This man needed to go to prison. If you are going to have alcohol at a party full of teens then you take responsibility when they drive away.
