I would like to know who stole the money, and why are they not being charged with theft of city funds. Our city streets are falling apart and the board is filling the ruts and pot holes with gravel and dirt, when they do anything at all, this lasts until it rains. The board should press the county prosecutor to file charges on this person as a message to the residents that Lake Annette is a real 4th class city and not just the county dump.
