Commissioner puts brakes on new regulations for Freeland

So we, the voters, are to approve incorporation and then find out what they intend to do after the door is closed?

I honestly don't feel that is in the best interest of the voters do you?

Wouldn't it be better for all of us to know the plans before we get locked into something?
