Mo. AG recovered $50M from Medicaid fraud in 2012
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster says his Medicaid fraud unit collected more than $50 million last year.

What Mr Koster needs to do is change the laws regarding hippa privacy in relation to Drs & nurses being able to report Medicaid fraud without the fear of repercussions. Most are more than willing to assist in reporting but fearful of losing their jobs, sanctions against their license, as well as criminal & civil liabilities. Fix the reporting issues & hundreds if not thousands of healthcare professionals will gladly report fraud!
