Corey did nothing wrong. He was giving his friend a ride home and a teenage girl wanted to give her step dad a reason to give her he cell phone back. Also what teenage girl that is just starting to Seville emotionally wouldn't be able to handle a case like that without having a breakdown. Corey is no monster and he was the one that had the breakdown. He loves his son and would never risk anything to ruin his relationship with his son. It is pritty messed up that an innocent man can go away for 15 years and murderers go away for 7!

I just saw a program on TV about prison life. Child molesters, murderers,etc. are at the bottom of "prison society". You can believe this person will be a target the whole time he is in prison. The program pointed out most child molesters come out with brain injuries, etc. from all of the assaults/beatings they sustain.

There are many innocents in prison, that's true. Our criminal justice system is basically as good as what you can afford. If you're Black or Hispanic, the odds are even worse than just being poor. But this guy, good witnesses were available, no lying done, not even a hint to support the nonsensical stories to defend him. His being seen running to the car which he'd left running and then taking off were killers for his side of things. Nope, pretty comfortable he's the guy and they got the right one.
