A little FYI:
People are allowed to ask questions and to give their CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED opinion. This is America remember and people have freedom of speech.
So don't go around throwing the "libel/slander" excuse. There has been PLENTY of SLANDER though coming from "Don's" posts. In my opinion, his profanity, name calling, bullying on these boards, and accusing posters of being a Mr. M (that is LIBEL right there!) and slanderous inflamatory derogatory posts about the SP have him teetering on inciting.
In my opinion, he and the rest of the people who are closely associated with Bucky have blood on their hands and will hopefully in the end be found partially responsible.
GO SP! 99% of our community supports you. The small hillbilly minority are too ignorant to ever see the light and will never matter.
Yes, people have freedom of speech. Unless it would result in something that far outweighs that freedom. You cannot yell FIRE in a theater. That is not protected. You cannot in the middle of what is going on in this county falsely accuse people of these types of things and not get a bad result! If someone gets hurt becuase you posted something like that, you are responsible and have blood on your hands as well.

Did you celebrate the death of Joseph Longobardo as an "eye for an eye"? Hero Longobardo died in the line of duty, while Brad died in the line of trying to escape arrest. I have no doubt in my mind that you or your wife knew that Bucky was being helped by her family, even if you didn't actually have direct contact with him.
See Don, you're one of the few a-holes out on the road who are intentionally screwing with justice being served... you've been that way from day one even before the death of your nephew; so don't use that as your battle cry. I have personally seen your son screw with the officers and I absolutely believe they had every reason to kick his butt. It is time you guys came clean with whatever information you have, big or small, instead of flipping off the heros that are here to rid us of Bucky. 99% of us out here are sick to death of hearing you guys cry foul to the media while you won't give the police the time of day.
I'm glad that more people are joining this forum in support of the Troopers and we're finally swamping out the half dozen idiots here who mock them.
I'm really sure that you saw thier son "screw with officers" and since when does that give the NYSPigs the right to assualt anyone? If you saw what happened you must live close, so there are only a few possibilities who you could be. This leads me to believe you have had a dislike for the horton family since way before this whole thing started and are just using this Bucky thing to try and make others who don't know them to dislike them. I know the Hortons and they are good people. I am good friends with all thier sons. They may have had a little trouble in thier teens, but who doesn't? Were you perfect? They raised thier kids to stand up for themselves and what they believed in. There is nothing wrong with that.

Thank you. Apparently believing in right or wrong and being able to stand up against wrong makes a person very unpopular in Chautauqua County right now. Keep your chin up and thank you for what you chose to do with your life. My family appreciates your protection.

Yeah, right, as if Sean and Don weren't fully aware that Bucky's ex girfriend, Sean's sister, was helping Bucky. As if Sean's sister just so happene dot have night vision goggles...... As if they weren't peeling out of the driveway after eharing the gunfire instead of trying t help the shot officers and call 911.
Let's all use our common sense folks.
The way Don shoots his mouth off about the police it's a wonder his house hasn' been searched as well. There is no doubt in my mind that these two were fully aware of Sean's sister helping Bucky and as such they should be charge with felonies. They have done nothing fo this community but spute out ignorance, and raise ignorant, hoodlum children.
It is my belief that the police need to conduct a search warrant in their home, sooner the better.
And mitty saying last night on the news, when Bucky gets pushed too far bad things happen, as if the police forced Bucky to be a career criminal and shoot 3 polcie officers.
Well, mitty, if we go by YOUR line of thinking, then if the POLICE get pushed too far, then expect bad things to happen to him. What's good for the goose.....
You go girl! You know them and there ways too. yeah, it's pretty bad when you plow your car into another guy and girls car in their own front yard and kill the dude coming home from work,And then to get a settlement out of it because they sued the driver and her BF Willie Keach the one who died, what a farce.Yep they are good at stealing cars also and smashing them, putting them into ditches and rollover's.Oh well Mommie will get them out of it.I guess it does pay to have family member's on the Sherriffs Dept.No offense to the other officer's.

You must be joking right? little trouble? OMG,apparently you don't know them that well.Their are people who get out of it through connections and then their are stand up people that have faced their demons and done the right thing.OWN IT!

Telling me to get a life just because I give my opinion that you happen to disagree with? You can disagree with me without being rude or obnoxious. After all it takes away from your credibility.
I didn't say the search would be or should be illegal. I think the fact that she is Sean's sister, and the fact that Don is on here constantly making disrespectful remarks about law enforcement, those two factors show a bias as well as something to gain out of helping Bucky, which is it would be in turn helping Sean's sister.
I am not jealous of the Horton's. What on earth is there to be jealous of anyway? Can't you stick to the facts and make a stronger argument than that?
Believe me you are right nothing at all to be jealouse about.Head High chin up,atleast we can do that without knowing we have nothing to hide, lose or gain.

Last time I checked if you are going straight and someone turns in front of you it is not your fault. Willie was a good man but missy turned in front of an oncoming car so blame her.

That Justin Horton fella is w/ a crack addict down the road from my family in a run-down trailer. He was on the run from the law a bit ago for stealing building supplies. His cousin is living w/ another crack addict on the state's pocket in a trailer too. Just a hunch, but I'd reckon that old A Horton can cop himself a bag of rock any old time.

It really doesn't matter what we think should happen. The local police and or State police are going to do what they want, and not necessarily what is just or morally correct. This is our society and if you really believe the system is 100% uncorrupt than you really are walking threw life with blinders on.

All I can say is I feel like there are bigger issues in the area that need to be resolved ! I just feel as though the police are spending to much time and money trying to lock up people who committed no crime rather than let's say hmmmmm solve a murder or two!!!! Let's spend that time and effort on that.
