I am sick with this monster's atrocious actions. He led them to the girl in the basement of his house and to the tree where his other victims remains were hidden. WHAT are they waiting to charge him with the murders?

How about after his trial and he is found guilty he is dismembered. Sounds fair to me.

Maybe no comments should be allowed on this part of the crime news
to save the family some grief if that is at all possible.

Unfortunately, the punishment this monster will receive will never compensate the family's for there loss, He should be strapped to a tree and left to die, at least the vultures will have a few good meals.

This is a tragic thing. I pray for the family and friends of the victims (especially Sarah) to recover and find peace. I hope Sarah realizes that none of this is her fault. RIP Kody, Tina & Stephanie.

Do you not get it?
There will be no trial. He will work out if they have not already a 3 life sentence deal with no parole. If a trial they risk his arguing that he was crazy and he could walk away to a nice cozy
mental health facility and maybe the sickening possibility that an judge or appeals could let him go.
They took the death penalty off the table to find the bodies.

Our only hope is for the community to recover and go on with life as time passes.

What a horrendous thing to happen to these innocent people. The perpetrator was obviously interested in the daughter and felt the only way to have her was to murder her family. No, this guy is not mentally ill, he is totally evil and planned the whole thing by preparing the tree and watching the family, it was definitely premediated murder and the guy should be punished with the most severe means available. No deals for this guy, We need to change our laws and stop catering to and pampering these evil, selfish murderers. Putting them in jail for years is NOT the solution. Yes, I know, we like to think we are civilized country, but really, how civilized is this country when we have all these killings going on. Another family was found killed in Florida. This should not be happening!! Time to bring hanging in the courtyard back, maybe it will deter other evil people from doing such horrendous things to others. It breaks my heart to see those killers killing entire families, including innocent children!!

It does sound his mother was decent enough to get him to tell where the bodies were stashed.

This story just gets worse. It's like "Silence of the Lamb" We really don't care about the man arrested. We don't care about his history, his life, his mental condition, his previous arrest, his lovelife, if he is suicidal, what he eats, drinks, says or when he potties. What we want to know is "why" this horse's behind did this, does he have any remorse and when is his execution.

Does anyone know if his current $1 million bond requires only 10% or $100K to get him released?

According to neighbors who knew his family when they lived in NE Ohio, his parents may easily be able to put up 10% of his current $1 million bond.

Hopefully his bond will be raised during the murder arraignments.
