What university degrees are suitable for dyslexic or dysgraphic people who are good at math?. In other words, what college and university degrees are suitable for people who are excellent at math but terrible at writing?. I am asking this as a general question, it has nothing to do with me.

Anything you can do on a computer, should be suitable for dyslexic or disgraphic. Or verbal. I'd say try for a teaching degree in math,or computers. Something to really consider,is teaching people with these kinds of problems. I don't know much about disgraphia, but that computers is a way to help in learning process. Dyslexia is a lot different, but many different therapies to help there also. Like visual therapy. It's amazing what that alone can do to help! Maybe try to get aid for these disabilities,it is out there thru the schools and universities. Good luck!
