Luke Nickelson and Steve Robinson have been suspended for 5-10 days for not responding to the 3 separate 911 calls dispatched out about David Montgomery. Also, the man convicted of the assault was housed in the local boys home, where David's "wife" was employed. Need I remind you, that almost 99% of the boys in the home have anger and emotional issues. Tammy Montgomery accused David of abuse, so you can imagine how upset this could make a person. This whole situation is crazy and absurd. Justice needs to be served!!

You are right about that,but i'm wondering about shift change at sheriff's office, I may be wrong but I thought Robinson works from 11pm to 7am any time i've needed a deputy after 11pm he has answered the call. Maybe that is why his punishment was less than the other one because he wasn't on duty when the calls were made.This is very serious for a man to lay near death for that many hours without help.

I don't know when this took place about the officer's,but Nicholson responded to a call to hwy D,on Thursday evening. So must of happened Friday,if they were removed.He sure responded fast to the call on Thursday(a home breakin)!!

This was June 10th that it happened,guess he knew to respond fast now they have to answer all 911 calls, hang ups and all. They need to be in the county instead of hanging around it the city anyway.

911 dispatch took the call.. Gave i to Katie Mc Cutcheon, and she didnt go because it was close to the end of her shift.. Guess what it was still her shift!

Boy,someone sure got offende,didn't they? Sure is funny,Tammy,nor anyone else,has defended her,but mention the boys and Kristy,and look TFO! I don't think I'd get so hot over an assumption.
